# Managing Taxpayer Communication Request for Docs from the Taxpayer Portal

### Objective

To effectively manage and respond to taxpayer requests through the Taxpayer Portal's Request for Docs feature.

#### Key Steps

1. Log into the Admin panel.
2. Navigate to the Request Listing menu to view incoming requests.
3. Filter requests by date or property ID for easier search.
4. Open a request by clicking on the accordion and read the request.
5. Reply to the request in the text box and click send.
6. Upload any requested documents through the Documents tab or directly into the admin panel by dragging and dropping a file named by the property ID.
7. View uploaded documents in the View Documents menu and remove any incorrect uploads if needed.

1. Ensure that responses to taxpayer requests are accurate and timely.
2. Double-check uploaded documents to avoid errors.
