# Online Appeals – Online Scheduling Configs

#### (Harris Clients Only)

#### New Protest Configuration

- **Property types** – enable scheduling by property type code
- **Account Types** – enable scheduling by account type
- **Property Group Code** – Enable scheduling by group code (Pulled in from cama)

#### Scheduling Default Settings

For Harris clients, select Default status code for E-scheduling from drop down menus (Pulled in from Cama). When an appeal is scheduled/rescheduled by the taxpayer online, the status will update in the cama system to the selected status in the drop down.
