Objective #
To efficiently view and manage incomplete taxpayer appeals in the BIS Admin panel to ensure all
appeals are processed promptly and accurately.
Key Steps #
- Log into the BIS Admin panel.
- Click on the Online Appeals link in the top right corner.
- Navigate to the Appeals menu to access incomplete taxpayer appeals.
- Review the grid displaying incomplete appeals, indicating the current step of the appeal.
- Search for specific appeals by property ID if needed.
- Utilize the Send Email Reminder button to prompt taxpayers to complete their online appeal.
- Note that each taxpayer will only receive one reminder email per day.
Cautionary Notes #
- Ensure to check the incomplete taxpayer appeals if a taxpayer’s appeal is not found in the CAMA system or Active Appeals view.
- Exercise caution when sending reminder emails to avoid overwhelming taxpayers with multiple notifications.
