How to Access the Online Appeals Dashboard

Key Steps: #

1. Log into the BIS admin panel.
2. Click on the “Online Appeals” quick link at the top right to access the online appeals dashboard.
3. Manage and view active taxpayer appeals, agent appeals, closed taxpayer appeals, and incomplete taxpayer appeals within the dashboard.
4. To return to the admin panel, click the “Admin” link at the top.
5. Visit your other BIS product sites by clicking the quick links in the header.
