1. Accessing the Request for Docs Menu #
- Look for the “Request for Docs” menu at the top of the online portal landing page.
- Not all districts may have this feature available.
2. Sending a Request #
- Choose the property ID from the drop-down menu.
- Enter your request or question in the text box.
- Submit the request.
3. Monitoring Requests #
- Use the “View All Requests” button to track previous requests.
- Receive email notifications when the district replies.
- Check the communication log for replies.
4. Keeping Records #
- Requests and responses are stored in the email log for reference.
