1. Accessing Pending Registrations #
- Log into the BIS Admin panel.
- Navigate to the Users menu.
- View all registered users, including approved and pending registrations.
2. Identifying Pending Registrations #
- Pending registrations are from taxpayers who used the property search feature.
- Filter statuses to locate pending registrations easily.
3. Approving Pending Registrations #
- Click on the green approve button next to the pending registration.
- Approval grants the taxpayer access to log in and use the online portal.
