Objective #
To effectively manage and respond to taxpayer requests through the Taxpayer Portal’s Request for Docs feature.
Key Steps #
- Log into the Admin panel.
- Navigate to the Request Listing menu to view incoming requests.
- Filter requests by date or property ID for easier search.
- Open a request by clicking on the accordion and read the request.
- Reply to the request in the text box and click send.
- Upload any requested documents through the Documents tab or directly into the admin panel by dragging and dropping a file named by the property ID.
- View uploaded documents in the View Documents menu and remove any incorrect uploads if needed.

- Double-check uploaded documents to avoid errors.
