New Protest Configuration #
- Property types – enable scheduling by property type code
- Account Types – enable scheduling by account type
- Property Group Code – Enable scheduling by group code (Pulled in from cama)
Scheduling Default Settings #
For Harris clients, select Default status code for E-scheduling from drop down menus (Pulled in from Cama). When an appeal is scheduled/rescheduled by the taxpayer online, the status will update in the cama system to the selected status in the drop down.
