To provide a clear and concise process for agents to file online appeals efficiently, ensuring accuracy and minimizing misunderstandings.
Key Steps #
1. Log In: #
- Use your registered credentials to log in to the online appeal system.
2. Access Property List: #
- Upon logging in, navigate to the property list page. This page will display all properties associated with your agent ID.
3. Select Property for Appeal: #
- Identify the property for which you want to file an appeal.
- Click the blue button next to the desired property ID to initiate the e-file appeal process.
4.Complete E-file Form: #
- A pop-up box will appear. Fill out the e-file form with the required information:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Choose the reason for your appeal.
- Select your preferred hearing type and ARB panel type.
- Indicate how you would like to receive your hearing notice.
5. Select Hearing Reminder: #
- Decide if you would like to receive an electronic reminder for your hearing date and time.
6. Submit Appeal: #
- Review all entered information for accuracy.
- Sign the form and click the submit button to complete the filing process.
7. Multiple Property Appeals (Optional): #
- To file appeals for multiple properties:
- Check the boxes next to the accounts you wish to file on.
- Alternatively, use the “All” checkbox to select all properties listed.
- Click the blue button at the top to file for all properties on you property listing.
