Understanding Your Online Appeal Details #
1. Accessing Your Appeal Details #
- Log into the Taxpayer Portal
- Find the property ID you want to review
- Click on “View File” under Online Appeals
2. Withdraw Appeal Option #
- The red “Withdraw Appeal” button allows you to withdraw your appeal
- Confirmation pop-up box will appear
- Once withdrawn, you cannot submit a new appeal online
3. Status of Your Appeal #
- “Open” button indicates your appeal is still under review
- Once closed, the button changes to “Closed”
4. Settlement Offers #
- A “Settlement and Waiver” link appears if you receive an offer
- Separate video available for accepting or rejecting offers
- Link remains for review and printing
5. Accessing Appeal Documents #
- “Appeal Notice” link for a copy of your appeal filing options
- “Upload Evidence Files” link for adding more evidence
- “Appeal Info” link to download associated files
6. Additional Information #
- Email log for all communication regarding the appeal
- Appeal status with the appraisal district
- ARB Hearing Information including date, time, and location
- Taxpayer and district evidence files available for download
