Simplified Guide to Using the Advanced Search Tool  #

1. Accessing the Tool #

• Click on the advanced search tab on the platform. 

2. Entering Search Criteria  #

• Enter search criteria in the corresponding field. 
• You can input criteria in multiple fields for a more specific search. 

3. Utilizing Specific Search Fields  #

• For subdivision, mobile home park, or condo searches, click the search icon and choose from the list provided. 

4. Searching by Date  #

• For informal date, hearing date, or formal date searches, click the calendar icon. 
• Select the desired date or type it in month, day, year format. 

5. Executing the Search  #

• Once all criteria are entered, click the search icon to initiate the search process.
