How to access your online settlement Offer #
1. Receive Email Notification #
- Get an email from the appraisal district about a new settlement offer for your online appeal.
2. Log into Online Portal #
- Use the link provided in the email to access the online portal.
3. Locate Property ID #
- Find the property ID mentioned in the settlement offer email.
- Click on View File under Online Appeals.
4. Review Settlement Offer #
- On the Property Appeal Detail page, you will see an alert for a New Settlement Offer.
- Hover over the Settlement and Waiver link to see that a new offer is waiting for your action.
5. View Settlement and Waiver #
- Click on the Settlement and Waiver link to open a new menu.
- Review the noticed value and the adjusted value offered by the appraisal district.
6. Accept or Decline Offer #
- Decide whether to accept or decline the settlement offer.
- Sign and submit your decision back to the appraisal district.
